We have an opportunity for experienced, skilled and qualified Chefs to join our culinary team at a Full-time capacity.
Lobster Cave is in its 37th year of operation. We pride ourselves on preparing quality meals from the very best produce from local and international suppliers. We are located at 14 North Concourse, Beaumaris.

Qualifications & Experience
- Must be experienced (previous experience in fine dining is highly desirable
- The successful applicants should have a Diploma in Hospitality and 2 years work experience or 3 years work experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of cooking seafood cuisine
- Passion in preparing and presenting high quality meals
- Innovative and forthcoming in new recipes, ideas and trends
