Blume Restaurant is a modern semi-rural restaurant in the heart of the Scenic Rim, 1hrs drive from Brisbane. Inspired by the surrounding country and producers in the area, we use exceptional quality ingredients in a tasting menu only dining experience.
In the first year of opening, we have received many accolades including:

We make everything in-house from cheese to sourdough, and are open Friday to Sunday.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday off. Thursday is a prep shift only. Amazing work life balance.
