Expression of Interest: Mechanical Supervisor Position
Are you an experienced Mechanical Supervisor looking for an exciting opportunity? Ventia, as part of our long-term LNG maintenance contract, is seeking skilled individuals to join our dynamic team. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing pipefitting, boilermaking, hotworks, and mechanical fitting tasks during the upcoming shutdown providing maintenance on train 2 .

- Trade qualification and relevant demonstrable experience
- C' class driver's license
- Cert 4 Leadership & Management (Highly Regarded)
- Current First Aid Certificate (Highly Regarded)
- Current Working @ Heights & Confined Space (Highly Regarded)
- High Risk Licenses (Highly Regarded)
- Trade Experience working in Oil & Gas or Mining industry
- Experience with managing multi-discipline trades (Mechanical, Boilermakers, Pipe Fitters etc.)
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills
- Ability to build & maintain relationships across all levels of the business
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with other divisions and departments both internal and external
- Experience in SAP and work order programs highly regarded
- Excellent attitude towards health, safety & environment
