AddressPMG, a leading privately held national provider of print which includes labels and packaging with a well-established brand, is searching for a CFO to join their executive team. This role offers a chance to provide strategic financial and operational leadership and drive the company's continued success.
The Role:
- Lead PMG's financial strategy, governance, risk and compliance.
- Develop and implement plans to ensure sustained growth
- Oversee a broad range of functions including legal, HR, and IT (perfect for well-rounded leaders!)
- Collaborate with the business on strategic and operational matters.
- Leading a large diverse team of 15 direct and indirect reports
- 5 days full time onsite in Melbourne

Your financial qualifications should include:
- Qualified CPA with a minimum of 10 years’ experience
- Experience in both statutory and management financial reporting.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis expertise
- Tax compliance knowledge.
- A commercial understanding to review and advise on contracts.
To thrive, you'll also need:
- Experience in managing a HR function.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm
- Inspire and motivate the diverse teams and functions you will be responsible for
- Strong leadership skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role
