We are searching for a skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial operations within a well renown boutique Property development firm setting precedence and meaning to high end developments. The CFO will oversee all financial aspects, focusing on cash flow reporting, tax management, feasibility analysis, acquisitions, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property development or construction, with a proven track record of reliability, drive, and motivation.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a financial strategy aligning with business objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate across departments to integrate financial initiatives.
- Cash Flow Reporting: Develop and maintain cash flow reporting systems for accurate monitoring.
- Tax Management: Oversee tax planning and compliance to minimize liabilities and optimize performance.
- Risk Management: Implement robust risk management and governance practices.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct thorough feasibility studies for project and investment viability.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for decision-making and compliance.
- Property Development/Construction Experience: Utilize specialized knowledge for financial planning and project financing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years in a senior financial management role, preferably as a CFO or finance director.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and business intelligence utilization.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management, tax regulations, and financial analysis.
- Expertise in feasibility analysis, acquisitions, and financial reporting.
- Ability to build relationships and influence across a dynamic, technology-driven services business.
- Experience in a property development and/or construction company.
