We are looking to engage the services of a highly skilled and experienced motel general manager looking to move into a broader group level operational role. This role will report to the company CEO and be responsible for the planning and coordination of various operational and administrative tasks.
The successful applicant will be required to:
- Maintain the company master project files.
- Maintain the company risk & issue management system.
- Maintain the company asset register.
- Conduct property inspections.
- Oversee infrastructure/facilities upgrades including rooms and common areas.
- Routinely work with property general managers to update project files, manage risks & issues, and provide corporate-level assistance.
- Become the initial POC for inquiries.
- Oversee staff onboarding.
- Write and maintain company policy.
- Compile reports.
You must have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ethics.
- The ability to multi-task with strong time management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Products.
- Qualifications and/or demonstrated skills in project management and risk management.
- Previous experience in operations and/or project management.
In addition, you will be required to travel throughout regional Australia. You will need to maintain high levels of energy and present with a customer focussed demeaner in sometimes challenging situations. You will need to take pride in your service delivery and the quality of work that you produce. You will be able to build and maintain enduring relationships with our Customers, Investors, Directors, Management and Staff.
