Role Responsibilities…

As the CTO, you will:

• Architect and lead the implementation of Perion's technology strategy, focusing on blockchain and gaming innovations to meet business and product objectives.
• Ensure the development and maintenance of a scalable, secure, and efficient tech stack, leveraging Solidity for blockchain development, React and Next.js for frontend, Nest.js for backend, and MongoDB for data management.
• Champion agile methodologies to accelerate product development, integrating best practices in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), TDD, and DevOps.
• Lead the charge in cybersecurity, establishing robust protocols to protect both company and client assets within the blockchain and gaming ecosystems.
• Guide and grow the technology team, nurturing a culture of innovation, learning, and technical excellence while managing cross-functional collaboration with product teams and external partners.
