- Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification)
- Prior experience in a similar role (2+ years within a centre manager role)
- Previous experience within a service with a strong school readiness program
- Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and Rating and Assessment process
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Centre Director to join a recently refurbished service with superb resources. The service creates opens its doors to local families in Sydney's north shore and welcomes up to 80 children daily. Located within a 10-minute walk from Chatswood train and metro station, you will be responsible for encouraging and mentoring a team of educators to nourish relationships with families and provide high quality education and care to children between the ages of 0-5. With outstanding outdoor spaces, you will use your creative flair to create exciting and stimulating opportunities to connect with children and allow them to explore.
