Role:Childcare Educational Coordinator/leader
Permanent Part-time Location: Parade, Bankstown Salary: $25 - $30 Per hour

Role Overview:
They are seeking motivated and experienced Childcare Educational Leader / Coordinator to join their dedicated team. As a key player in their organisation, you will contribute to the growth and success of their leadership and coordinate programs.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of the application of early education best practice.
- Current NSW Working with Children's Check.
- A strong understanding of policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of child protection
- Notify the relevant state authority or the police of any allegations of child abuse or if there is concern that a child is at risk of significant harm.
- A child or young person discloses they have been or are at risk of being abused
Qualifications and other requirements
- Bachelor degree or hold a Diploma and studying towards ECT or have completed 50% of your study towards ECT.
- Advise AC senior leadership of child protection training needs.
- A current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma.
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Current Provide an Emergency First Aid response in an Education and Care Setting qualification
- Current ACECQA approved Anaphylaxis and emergency asthma Management training
- Accredited Child Protection Trainin
Skills and Experience
1.Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Leadership role in an Early Childhood Service or minimum 5 years’ experience working in an early Childhood Service
2.Demonstrated knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework or My Time Our Place Framework, Education and Care Services .National Law (2010), Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011), Family Assistance Law (Child Care Subsidy 2018)
