About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused individual to take on the role of Head Office Support Team Member at Glenhaven NSW 2156.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, the right candidate will be in charge of day to day managing of family accounts and enrolments for Cubby OOSH from a customer service viewpoint. It is the primary position of this role to deliver exceptional customer service, account queries and billings to all of our families by providing timely communication, while minimising wait times to deliver quick and appropriate resolutions. You would be expected to help deliver a quality framework and business process that drives the existing customers of our business to become advocates for our brand.
This role is also responsible for outgoing billing to customers. It is the expectation of this role to ensure that all billing is issued on time and that customer debt is managed as easily for us and our customers as possible.
Key Criteria
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous family relationship management experience
- Experienced management of customer service issues and queries
- Previous billing and accounts experience
- Experience in dealing within a heavily regulated industry
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
- Experience with child care management software (i.e. Qikkids, Kangarootime)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, networking skills (listening, written and verbal)
