SalarySuccessful applicant for Skin Confidence Clinic MUST have Unrestricted Working Visa, and be able to work flexible up to 4/5 days a week. Working holiday visa holders welcome.
In this role you will:
- Be part of the receptionist team and create an exceptional first impression experience for our customers.
- Cheerfully interact with customers to deliver a professional and effective experience.
- Maintain the appearance of Reception and our Customer Experience to represent our brand and image.
- Answer and manage enquiries in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Sales, process payments, arrange and confirm appointments.
- Stock count, order medical & daily consumable supplies
- Managing day-to-day running of the clinics included clinic opening and closing.
- Work across 2 clinics (Teneriffe & Brisbane CBD location)

You will also have:
- Fluency, both written and verbal in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred
- Friendly and professional manners
- A strong service orientation with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work flexibly and to coordinate work accordingly.
- Strong ability to solve problems and maintain attention to detail.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility to work independently as well as in a team
- Experience is not essential, however the ability to organize yourself and work autonomously is.
- Ideally live within 15 minutes’ public transport of inner north Brisbane
- NO car parking provided
