Chiropractic Receptionist

Gold Coast Chiropractic Centre is hiring!

Our progressive family oriented Chiropractic practice located in Southport is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to join our Reception Team on a permanent part-time basis (+/-25-30 hours/week). Applicants must be professionally presented while maintaining a pleasant and caring manner.

If you are able to work efficiently under pressure in a high paced, high volume environment and still be able to maintain a happy disposition we would welcome you to our team.

Previous experience in a sales/customer service role is preferred.

This position is very diverse and responsibilities include but are not limited to patient flow and front desk management, customer service, sales, marketing and general office management. It is a priority of this role to maintain excellent client service.

 The successful applicant will have:

• A good understanding of Chiropractic
• Previous customer service experience 
• An impeccable phone manner 
• Ability to multi-task and use initiative 
• Good communication and listening skills 
• Excellent time management and organisational skills 
• A friendly, upbeat personality 
• Good computer and general office skills 
• Willingness to learn new procedures and preparedness to attend the occasional weekend seminar
• Enjoy working with Children and Families

We require coverage for 5 to 6 half day shifts per week including a Saturday morning.  Our split shifts are 7am to 12:30pm and 1:45pm to 6:45pm. This is not a school hours only position.

Flexibility is essential, as early starts and evening work will be required on a regular basis  and holiday relief as required.
