Key ResponsibilitiesDrainage and Waterways Analysis
- Conduct thorough analysis of waterways, addressing hydrological and hydraulic considerations.
- Implement effective stormwater management solutions to mitigate environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and environmental best practices.
Pit & Pipe Drainage Network Design
- Design and optimize pit & pipe drainage networks for effective water management.
- Implement sustainable drainage solutions to enhance infrastructure resilience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address drainage challenges and ensure long-term effectiveness.
Project Management
- Oversee project lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success.
- Identify and address challenges proactively to maintain project momentum.
Road Infrastructure
- Understanding of the design of road networks and associated infrastructure and along with design principles and integration.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality road infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of client standards, including Main Roads Western Australia supplements to Austroads.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in drainage and/or waterways analysis, ideally on Main Roads Western Australia projects.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software and tools.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
