Job Description
The City of Albany’s Engineering and Sustainability Team is looking for an experienced and qualified individual to take up the role of Civil Infrastructure Contract Manager.
Reporting to the Team Leader – Civil Infrastructure, this role will see you responsible for, but not limited to:
- Coordination of Civil Infrastructure projects including road, paths and drainage projects;
- Supervision of contractors and sub-contractors;
- Delivery of Civil Infrastructure capital works projects;
- Carrying out technical tender and quotation duties; and
- Stakeholder management.
Desired Skills and Experience
Possession of demonstrated project management skills, ability to develop and manage accurate cost estimates and budgets, excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of computer competency, relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in delivering road, drainage and path projects are essential for this role.
