As a member of the temporary Talentpath workforce, you will seize the opportunity to join organisations that significantly impact our state. Additionally, you'll have access to our in-house Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and establish a genuine relationship with one of our consultants that persists throughout the entirety of your contract.
About you:
- Prior experience as either an administrator or Claims Administrator.
- While insurance experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for making a positive impact and supporting the community during challenging times.
- Experience with data entry
About the Role:
As a Claims Administrator in the Motor team, you will:
- Providing administrative support to the claims team
- Take the initial details of the claim and enter them into the system.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures and regulations.

- Weekly pay - $34.58/hour + Superannuation
- 6 Month contract (with extension)
- Located in Eight Mile Plains the role is offering WFH Flexibility (after Training) and parking onsite.
