The Claims Coordinator plays a pivotal role within our business, overseeing all aspects of dated product management, rebate claims, and stock-on-hand claims.
This position requires meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills to ensure the smooth processing of claims from initiation to resolution. The Claims Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire claims process, including documentation, communication with suppliers, and follow-up on pending claims.
Additionally, they are tasked with ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding the disposal or return of expired or short-dated products.

Attributes Required for the Role:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in claims management or related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, expiration dates, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of rebate programs and experience in managing rebate claims is a plus.
