AddressReception/Treatment Coordinator required for a busy, vibrant Orthodontic practice.
We are looking for an enthusiastic addition to our friendly Fresh Smiles team.
The role is primarily reception with occasional treatment coordinating when required.
Ideally some experience would be beneficial however, is not essential, as we will provide on-site training to help ease you into the role.
Hours are flexible however, the clinic is open between 8am-5.30pm Monday-Thursday.
Our team work together in a fun, friendly and creative environment where a positive attitude, communication and patient care is key.
As the first point of contact representing Fresh Smiles we are looking for someone who fits in with our team philosophy.
Key roles include:
- Excellent communication skills
- Administration
- Answering phones
- Booking appointments
- Patient charting
- Occasional Chair Side assistants
- Patient record taking, including patient photos and 3D scanning using iTero scanners
