About the role
· Role commencing 19th April with Interviews taking place 4th April
· $30.63 commencement rate + superannuation + penalty rates
· Full Time 37.5 hours per week, rostered over a 7-day working week
· Rotational rosters between 7am-7:15pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 5:15pm Saturday and Sunday
· To ensure we set you up for success and give you all the support you need you will be required to be onsite at our Eight Mile Plains office – WFH options can be discussed at 3-6 months.

About you:

Transferable Skills: If you have experience in Insurance and/or Claims, we would love to hear from you. However, you do not need specific Insurance or Claims related experience for this role. If you have a background in hospitality or retail and aspire to transition into the corporate sector, this role could be your gateway.
Required skills: Strong time management, problem solving, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills (including managing emotionally charged situations) are essential for this role.
Eager learner: You are enthusiastic about learning, have excellent phone etiquette, and approach challenges with a can-do attitude.
Motivation to excel: We’re seeking individuals with a desire to excel. Your passion for achieving and surpassing goals will be the driving force behind your success at RACQ.
