Michael Page has partnered with a leading insurance provider dedicated to making a meaningful impact and providing a supportive work culture. They are seeking multiple customer service superstars to start at the end of July on a minimum 6 month basis with potential for extension!
Please note be considered for this role you must be available on the 17th of July for an assessment centre.
Description
- Process insurance claims promptly and accurately, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate and assess claims based on policy terms and conditions.
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, brokers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of claims and related activities.
Profile
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn is the most important thing we are looking for!
- Fantastic communication
- Previous call centre experience desirable
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to empathise with customers and handle potentially sensitive situations with professionalism
Job Offer
