So, come join us.We are currently in search for an Insurance Claims Officer to join our team on full time permanent basis based out of our North Fremantle office. About the opportunity:Reporting into the Insurance Operations Manager, the focus of the role is to optimise performance of the Livestock insurance activities thorough Nutrien Ag Solutions by ensuring all client and administration functions are carried out in a professional manner within specified time frames.Key Responsibilities include: Collating all transit claims received from Nutrien Ag Solutions branches.Monitor and liaise with the network and insurer to ensure legitimacy of all claims and that appropriate sign off has been obtained.Reconciliation of all claims back to the branches in a timely manner.Reconciliation of premiums from SAP.Complete monthly reporting to Marsh Advantage Insurance.Reconcile and complete bordereaux reports for the underwriter.Maintain transit insurance monthly mailouts to ensure ongoing compliance for all newly created livestock customer accounts.About you: This role will suit someone who is a strong administrator who prides themselves in providing exceptional customer service ideally gained within the Insurance or Agribusiness industry. Great written and verbal communication.Previous SAP exposure.Intermediate Excel capability.Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.You are a team player and enjoy working in a team environment.Why work for us?
