In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support for Claims/Claims Assessment by redirecting emails received through to their relevant channels in our Claim System.
What you'll do:
- Deliver administrative support as required for Claims
- Efficiently deliver assistance and coverage for Assessment Support functions
- To provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
What you'll bring:
- Previous administrative experience desired but not essential as training is provided
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks
- Capable at working autonomously
