The Roles:
We are currently seeking motivated Full Time Cleaning Team Membersto join our team at Sydney Airport, Terminal 1 International in Mascot, NSW 2020. The rosters for these positions are:
Morning RosterMonday to Friday - 6:00am to 2:06pm
Afternoon RostersMonday to Friday - 2:00pm to 9:36pm
Monday to Friday - 2:24pm to 10:00pm
Night RostersSunday to Thursday - 10:24pm to 6:00am
Sunday to Thursday - 10:54pm to 6:30am
If you have commercial or retail cleaning experience and would like to be part of a team that makes a difference, then we would love to hear from you.
These positions are paid in accordance with the Cleaning Services Award 2020.
Role Requirements:
- Be well-presented, proactive and able to work well on your own
- Prior commercial or retail cleaning experience preferred (on-the-job training will be provided)
- An understanding of chemical handling procedures and proper cleaning techniques (or willingness to learn)
- Cleaning Machinery experience (scrubbing, buffing, car park sweeper) preferred
- Good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices
- Be physically fit to carry out standard duties and ability to walk for lengthy periods
- Good listening skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Be able to communicate in verbal and written English
- Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays
- Must have valid work rights in Australia
