We are a boutique village style not-for-profit facility located in Roselands, seeking an experienced and enthusiastic part-time Quality & Education Officer.

Skills & Experience
- Prepare and deliver various education/training/in-services/orientation sessions to staff, stakeholders and residents.
- Annual competency training.
- Develop education calendar based on trend analysis, consumer feedback and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor new requirements within the industry and update education content as required.
- To undertake regular training, workshops and seminars.
- Promote learning opportunities for staff to develop new skills, knowledge transfer and cross-skilling.
- Continual self-education to ensure our systems and training are innovative and engaging.
- Undertaking regular assurance reviews/audits.
- Must hold an RN AHPRA Registration and experience in a similar role.
- Able to work without direct supervision.
- Display initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Hold a current Police Check
