South West Personnel are looking for an experienced Administrative All-rounder to fill an amazing casual opportunity for our valued Client based in Collie:
Daily tasks will include:
- Reception and customer service
- Managing customer enquiries
- General office administration
- Processing financial documents
- Records management
- Maintenance of the filing system
Requirements:
- Able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy environment
- Strong computer skills MS Office (Word & Excel), database exposure
- Well presented with excellent interpersonal skills
- A current ‘C’ Class drivers licence with own reliable transport
- Willing to undergo pre-screening recruitment checks and willing to obtain a recent Police Clearance
