AddressOur client is a large not for profit company based in Greater Newcastle area who focuses on supporting individuals, families, and communities across Australia. They are seeking an experienced Customer Service, Administrator and/or Finance Administrator to join the team on short notice.
On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of payments and transactions
- Reconcile inhouse customer/client records against that summited to government.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims.
- Conduct investigative calls in an ethical manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client queries and disputes.
- Manage and implement payment plans.
- Prepare reports on debtor status and assist in developing strategies to minimize outstanding debts
- Provide administrative support to the debtor management team as required
- Previous experience in customer service, finance and /or administration
- Experience within the NFP industry will be highly regarded
- Confident with excel
- Clear communication skills and the ability to empathetically manage clients.
- Outgoing and hardworking attitude, plenty of potential for career progression down the line.
