Client Liaison Officer

Troocoo Government are currently recruiting multiple Client Liaison Officers (A03) to join a vital QLD State Government program. These are full-time contracts initially until the 30th of June 2025. These positions sit at an A03 level, paying $46.27 per hour + super. 

Note: These roles are based in Wacol, QLD and require a current 'C' Class drivers' license. There is free parking available onsite.

The Role
The Client Liaison Officer's will provide a high level of face-to-face customer service and administrative support.

You will be required (however not limited) to:

• Provide face-to-face customer service to clients, responding to enquiries and accurately recording details on relevant databases.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the wider team.
• Collate, record, monitor and edit client data using departmental system and applications.
• Use judgement and problem solving when skills when undertaking allocated tasks.
• Work autonomously on a rotation as both office and outdoor based officer - involving travel to and entering of rural residential property.

Essential requirements for this role:

• A current ‘C’ Class drivers’ licence.
• High level of computer skills.
• High level of communication skills, with a specific focus on de-escalation in a face-to-face setting. 

Highly desirable qualities to this role are:

• Knowledge of, or have worked in the aviation industry.
• Experience in an operations environment.
• Working within a team environment.
