The Role
Located in the Moreton Bay region, this is a full time M-F role. Involving a mixture of construction and general administration duties.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the internal teams including sales, estimating and drafting to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct Colour Selections for spec builds.
- Preparing and issuing HIA contracts.
- Cultivating strong rapport with established marketers.
- Document management.
- General Adhoc administration tasks.
- Experience in the residential construction industry is essential.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of customer service
- Ability to prioritise and meet time deadlines.
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Proficient in using Microsoft suite and construction software
