If you are an experienced front of house administration officer who loves supporting families and young people, with an eye for details, enjoy a bustling busy environment, love being organised and managing diaries and invoices, this role is for you.
This is a part time role from 8.45am till 5.30pm 3 days a week, on site.
The successful applicant will have experience working on-site with clinicians and clients, experience managing a medical database and experience supporting accounts for medicare and NDIS clients. The successful applicant will be confident to take charge of clinician diaries and appointment scheduling to support our practice infrastructure and build strong supportive relationships with our families.
