About us:
FlourishHolistic Services Pty Ltd, a provider of Allied Health Services for individualsenrolled in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and referred to usby the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), TransportAccident Commission (TAC), WorkSafe, and Workcover.
We are insearch of a proactive and client-focused individual to join our team as aClient Liaison Officer for a temporary role.
Thisis a temporary relieving role of five weeks.

Key Responsibility Area:
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the organization.
- Understand client needs and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Monitor and evaluate client feedback to enhance services and improve satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills &Abilities Required:
To applyfor the role, you will need to have or be able to obtain the following:
· Previous experience in similar role.
· A suitable certificate or Diploma in similar discipline.
Other Requirements:
· Working with Children Check.
· NDIS Worker Screening Check.
· Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption).
· Police Check & International Police Check (onlyapplicable to individuals who have lived overseas).
· First Aid Certification.
Hourly Wage Rate: $29 - $30plus superannuation
Business Operating Hours: Monday– Friday, 9.30am – 5.30pm
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tarneit, VIC 3029: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
