About the Role:
As a Client Manager with us, you'll have the chance to excel in a challenging yet rewarding atmosphere alongside supportive colleagues. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless management of our clients' portfolios, working closely with a team of skilled bookkeepers to deliver tailored solutions. Your expertise in financial analysis and team leadership will be instrumental in driving both client success and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique bookkeeping needs and craft customized solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of bookkeepers, ensuring high-quality work and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in bookkeeping/accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
