ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Client Relations Officer to join our team!
Our ideal candidate will play a pivotal part in fostering wonderful Client Relationships and ensuring smooth administrative operations within our pre-site and on-site construction projects.
As a Customer Relations Officer your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Support of Building Supervisors
- Providing regular updates to clients and key stakeholders
- Responding to customer enquires throughout the pre-site, construction and maintenance period of their home
- Managing customer expectations
- Communication and cooperation with other departments
- Liaising with supervisors, customers, suppliers and various teams in order to deliver customer satisfaction
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

ABOUT YOU
Working closely with the Client Relations Manager, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following:
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience in a similar role within the building industry is favourable but not required
