Due to exceptional growth, a rare and exciting career opportunity now exists within one of Australia’s best known and highly respected organisations, for a dynamic & self-motivated Client Relationship Executive.

Working within a small team environment, with the backing of an instantly recognisable brand name, this integral role will see you developing an existing client base across a wide range of industries, armed with a number of exclusive solutions related to information management, digital software solutions, SaaS and physical archive storage, vault storage, data tape and document destruction services.

About the role

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Manage a select portfolio containing some of the organisations highest value clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with key contacts from the account portfolio, encouraging new growth opportunities
  • Continually build a sales pipeline each week of new business growth opportunities (Physical Records Management, Digitisation, and Secure Destruction) from within and outside the allocated account portfolio
  • Achieve new sales targets month to month
  • Meet minimum sales targets and KPIs as set out in remuneration plan
  • To create and develop 'outside the box' strategies and service delivery options

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following attributes:

  • B2B relationship management experience, preferably from within a services based industry
  • B2B sales experience
  • IT or Technical sales background
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral
  • Self-motivated, managed and team driven
  • Commitment to success
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Excellent relationship builder
  • Knowledge of records management or exposure to the Digital Data Capture market would be advantageous

About You:

The right candidate will be a strong relationship builder who is multi-skilled and able to cross-sell various products & services to key decision makers at all levels of business. You will require excellent communication and organisational skills, a high degree of computer literacy, and be driven to provide excellence in customer service whilst meeting set targets.

Demonstrated corporate Account Management experience is essential, as is your ability to create trust, build rapport, develop solutions, cross sell, administer and grow an existing client base.
