We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our company as a Client Realtionship Manager. As a vital member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive a high quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Rostering for all client sites under your portifolio
- Weekly Site Visits to all clients in your portifolio
- Attending Monthly KPI Meetings
- Interviewing Applicants
- Office and site administration for portifolio
- Ensuring Compliance across portifolio
- Be on call 24 / 7 and work with no supervision.
- Ensure appropriate actions are taken when the client and/or Quest Effect are at risk of failing to maintain their duty of care to employees.
Requirements:
- Must have experience with rosters and Account Management
- Must have reliable vehicle
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
