The Role:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving success for our IT and consulting businesses. Acting as a business owner for assigned accounts, you'll manage day-to-day activities and profitability, while identifying new opportunities and ensuring delivery excellence. Your success will be measured by your ability to foster strategic relationships, meet client expectations, and contribute to business growth.
Responsibilities:
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with improved quality and profitability.
Lead onsite project teams and gain a deep understanding of the client environment.
Drive backlog growth through renewals, extensions, and proactive bids.
Cultivate senior relationships through delivery excellence.
Serve as the main point of contact and oversee day-to-day delivery.
Support firm-wide delivery initiatives as directed.
Work with clients to define their problems and co-create solutions
Drive RFPs / proactive bids with regards to renewals, extensions and expansion
Requirements:
Extensive client-facing experience in consulting or IT professional services.
Proven ability to contribute to new business development efforts and to lead and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Track record of managing client P&L
Strong background in digital services/solutions and project management.
Proven ability to contribute to new business development and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Strategic problem-solving skills with enterprise-wide implications.
Adaptability to diverse corporate environments and audiences.
Experience working with CRM is highly regarded
