The Psych Hub family is looking for a Client Relationships Officer to join our team. The Psych Hub family includes two clinics located in the heart of Castle Hill. Sydney Psych Hub focuses on providing warm, safe and compassionate care to adults while Youth Psych Hub provides a comfortable and respectful space for kids, youth and families. Both clinics are co-located in the same building.

Who are we?

We are a team of psychologists/clinical psychologists with a strong operational and clinical leadership offered by the two Principal Clinical Psychologists Rachel Grosseibl and Wajma Ebrahimi who are also co-directors of the clinics. Our Client Relationships Team is managed by our Practice Manager Jasna Anand and 5 team members.

What are we looking for?

• Full time or part time Client Relationships Officer
• Previous receptionist experience ideally in general practice or allied health practice
• High level of computer skills, including familiarisation with practice management systems
• Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging situations
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm to learn and initiative to get tasks done
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients & team members
• Excellent time management & organisational skills
• Good understanding of confidentiality requirements
• Availability to work Saturdays is preferred
• Flexibility to cover other staff when required during periods of leave and sickness
• Current Police Check and Working With Children Check
