As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a passionate Relationship & Engagement Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.

Role Overview: As a Relationship & Engagement Officer at Healthproof, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships with our clients, healthcare providers, and the wider community. Reporting to the founding directors, you will play a key role in driving client engagement initiatives, promoting our services, and enhancing our brand reputation. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to make a meaningful impact and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to engage with clients, healthcare providers, healthcare facilities, community organisations, and other stakeholders to promote our services and build brand awareness.

Plan and coordinate outreach activities, including attending events, hosting informational sessions, and participating in health fairs to connect with the community and generate leads.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, healthcare professionals, and referral sources to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts, to support client engagement efforts.

Monitor and analyse client engagement metrics, feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Represent Healthproof in a professional and positive manner at all times, adhering to company values and standards.

Requirements:

Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing or engagement role, preferably in the healthcare or allied health industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse audiences.

Proven experience in developing and implementing client engagement strategies and initiatives.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable but not essential.

Passion for healthcare and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the community.

Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week

Salary: Advertised average salary of $70,000 - $85,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience.
