Job description

Are you an experienced Client Services Administrator/ Legal Administrator seeking a temporary role?

 

  • Experience in professional services using Leap Legal Software
  • ASAP start
  • CBD location (super accessible via public transport)
  • 6+ week temporary assignment
  • Work in the office or remotely (or both!)
  • Full time hours (Monday to Friday) 
  • Visa holders welcome to apply

 

The Company

Based in Melbourne's CBD, our professional services client provides trusted audit and tax advisory services to small, medium and large businesses. 

 

The Role

The role is varied and fast paced, where your main responsibility will be to perform administrative tasks for the migration services team. 

Maintaining a high level of organisation and time management, your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Raise client invoices and bills
  • Post timesheets
  • Prepare relevant documents
  • Database and CRM management
  • Assist in day to day administration operations
  • Email correspondence
  • Maintain confidential records
  • High use of Microsoft Office
  • Other administration duties as required

 

What will you need to succeed?

  • Proven experience as a Legal Sec/Assistant, Paralegal, Client Services Administrator or similar
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of Leap Legal Software is essential
  • Work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
