A great opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and self-motivated Client Services Concierge to join our team in Toowoomba. We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging team member who is passionate about delivering a great experience to our customers with every interaction. In the role of Concierge, the successful applicant will apply their exceptional customer service skills and knowledge to be the first point of contact for any customer queries and:
Meet and greet all visitors to Pulse DC in a friendly and professional manner;
Maintain a working knowledge of Pulse DC standard product offerings and Service Level Agreements;
Ability to operate in a team environment with a high level of communication skills to ensure team goals are achieved;
Participate in a rotating 4-On 4-Off shift roster affording a 24/7 presence for Customer Service, site monitoring and physical security;
Provide guidance and support for Level 1 Help Desk duties; and
Assist with customer onboarding, inductions, escorts, systems monitoring, site up-keep and escalation processes.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes:
Essential:
Excellent Customer Service
Availability to perform Shift Work
Exceptional planning, organising and analytical skills.
Willingness to undertake a number of manual duties to assist customers, the facility's operation and cleanliness.
Excellent written and verbal communication and effective interpersonal skills
Have the ability to hold a security license
Desirable:
Previous Customer Service Experience
Experience in Level 1 or 2 Support Roles or Security operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of computer skills
First Aid/LV Rescue Certificate
Security Providers Licence (Cert II)
Data entry
