Form of workThe purpose of this role is to support the Client Services Team to provide exceptional service and care to its candidates and clients. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensure a quality customer experience by tailoring approach to each candidate and client
- Provide information and guidance surrounding services offered
- Optimize and maintain candidate engagement
- Coordination of meetings for senior candidates
- Maintain accurate records to enable accurate reporting and ensure the streamlining of internal processes
- Maintenance of office environment including: maintaining stock levels and cleanliness, coordination of booking rooms and dealing with deliveries/couriers
- Coordination of Client workshops, including preparation of support materials
- Event coordination including: quarterly Alumni events, pre and post round table events and local lunches
- Strong diary/calendar management experience
- A mature mindset and considered approach
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on positive outcomes
- Experience in a senior administrative/team coordinator or EA/PA role would be highly advantageous
- Part-time hours (Monday to Wednesday) perfect for a parent returning to work, or candidates looking to reduce hours from full-time
- 8:30-5:30 – this role is based solely in the office
- Convenient CBD location, close to public transport
- Fixed-term contract until October 2024, with potential to extend
