Scope Advisory – Client Services Manager
Growth in our firm means that we are now seeking an experienced Client Services person to support our business.
The role is focused on supporting our Advisers to manage the advice relationship with their clients, and is part of a team of 5 other support people.
Duties and Responsibilities
- End to end administration support for the advice team
- Preparation of implementation documents
- The implementation of advice, including application forms and quality checks
- Liaising with product providers
- Maintaining client records and files including CRM information
- Preparation of documents and agendas for client meetings
- Coordinating action items that result from client meetings
- Assisting the directors/advisers with general administrative tasks
Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone who can step straight into this role, and handle the wide variety of tasks that inevitably arise with our clients. Therefore we would like someone with a fair bit of experience (4+ years in a similar role will be ideal), as well as having a thorough understanding of the various parts of the financial planning process – you’ll be working with a group of clients across our entire process, not just one particular aspect. A strong attention to detail is also essential, as you will be working with a group of clients that rely on us to help manage their financial affairs with utmost care. You’ll need reasonably strong computer skills, particularly across the Microsoft Office programs, and previous experience with Xplan and Worksorted is preferred but not mandatory.
