CMBM (Clean, Maintain, Build, Manage) is a well-established Queensland owned and operated Facility Services and Cleaning business, enjoying continued growth throughout the State.About the role:We are looking for a conscientious, performance-driven Client Services Manager to oversee Cleaning operations at key client sites in North Brisbane area.The role reports to the Operations Manager and drawing on previous successful experience in managing / supervising (preferably gained in the cleaning / facilities sector). The successful applicant will ensure the delivery of high-quality cleaning services to clients, in accordance with agreed scopes of works and will ensure that services delivered consistently meet or exceed client's expectations.Key responsibilities include: Quickly establish personal & professional credibility with client representatives, contractors and front line employed staff. Deliver first rate customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Establish productive working relationships with all stakeholders.
