The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager. Reporting to the General Manager this role is part of our Investment Services team. The successful candidate will find this multitasking role, rewarding in a fast-paced environment.
This role is responsible to:
- Effectively manage and lead a team of direct reports.
- Provide accurate reporting for the function.
- Championing the client experience across the department, always putting the client first.
- Establishing rapport with advisor group to provide multi-level support within team.
- The ability to lead and influence to drive improvements within the function.
About you
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on Client Services.
- Proven experience in managing teams and workflows.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
