Client Services Officer

The Organization:
This dynamic and exciting public practice accounting firm excels in working alongside small-medium size businesses across various sectors (building, construction, professional services etc.) to help them succeed. They are a team of young professionals, known for providing top-notch Client Services and a warm and sociable team environment where everyone feels like family!
The Role:
The Client Services team is looking to bring on a new addition to their group of 5. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Reporting directly into the manager (accounting manager)
Accounting admin tasks (collation, job setups, ASIC administration)
Setting up meetings and managing the managers' calendar
Managing client data in Xero Practice Manager
Supporting a team of 6 accountants
Liaising with ATO
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience working in a public practice accounting firm
Experience with ATO, XERO and Microsoft Suite
Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
Works well in a collaborative, team environment
Desire to progress, long-term, into a more senior administrative role!
