As a Client Services Officer in Event Health Services at St John WA you will join an efficient and collaborative team based in our Belmont office and be responsible for managing client requests and bookings and enhancing the reputation of St John Ambulance as a premier pre-hospital health and event management service. The role is permanent part time working 22.5 hours per week and has flexibility to work over 3 or 4 days.
What you’ll do:
- Update and maintain Event Health Services client records and booking systems and ensure the standard of documentation and associated processes are accessible in appropriate formats
- Ensure administrative and financial activities are performed in accordance with current policy and processes.
- Ensure all correspondence and administrative processes are completed in accordance with relevant policies and procedures to facilitate the provision of accurate and timely information
- Ensure the service area observes and achieves legal compliance in relation to all areas of legislation related to Event Health Services
- Provide quotes to clientele in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide advice and support to clients regarding medical services they may require at events
- Effectively communicate to internal and external stakeholders
- Work with the Event Health services team to hit the monthly targets and KPI’s
- Supporting the Event Health Services team to ensure they meet their obligations and goals
What you’ll need:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service consistently
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to demonstrate initiative
- An understanding of KPI's with exceptional time management
- Familiar with financial administration techniques and demonstrated ability to adapt to corporate systems
- Ability to work autonomously but also work with a close team
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to and utilise corporate information systems
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suites to an intermediate level
