Your new company

My client is currently seeking a Client Services Officer to join their team on a part-time basis, covering an 8-month period based at their office in the Perth CBD. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has transactional operations experience and enjoys working within a team environment.

Your new role

You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and accurate transactional processes for clients and their accounts. Day to day duties include but are not limited too;

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients inquiries including assisting with account openings, account maintenance and compliance
  
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly batch processing activities such as end-of-day procedures, and account and journal reconciliations as required
  
• Record management including preparing standard letters and documentation
  
• Maintaining confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive client information
  

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role will lead you to your success, as will;

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer relationship skills
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
  
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy particularly with data entry
  
• Proficiency in core banking or internet banking systems
