Due to growth we are seeking an Client Services Officer to work in support of our Client Service Management Team.

As Client Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing administration assistance and managing the day-to-day maintenance of client files.
Essential to the role is the ability to take responsibility for the tasks assigned and to work independently whilst collaborating with other staff members in a supportive team culture.
The position would be suitable to those seeking a permanent full-time role.
Your day-today responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide ongoing support to our Client Services Manager Team
- Manage Annual Review Offers and appointment bookings
- Prepare client files for Annual Review Meetings
- Use XPLAN database to manage and maintain client files
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of client files
- Proactively assist other team members
- Ensure all work and client communication is of high quality

Job Requirements:
- Previous Financial Planning industry experience (preferred but not necessary)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of financial planning software (XPlan preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication skills with high-level client focus and service
- A focus on detail and ability to work to structured business processes
- Able to work well in a team environment
