Client Service Officer
We are in search of an experienced Client Services Officer, preferably with prior experience in the financial planning industry for our office located in the Melbourne CBD.
The role is to assist the financial adviser in managing workflow processes as an integral part of providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
- Maintaining client records to a high standard, appointments and other administrative duties which include Database, workflow, Excel database and practice CRMs management.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with Clients and assisting with queries,attending to client files, lodgement of various forms and applications ensuring that all compliance standards are met.
- Liaising with insurance firms, super funds and other product providers
To be considered for this role you need to possess the following:
- Experience in the General Customer Service/Administration duties in a financial services company,be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail together with problem-solving skills and great communication skills
- Ability to collate and maintain technical information in relation to strategies and projections
- Knowledge of superannuation, investments and insurance, understanding of SOA structures, document templates and relevant technical information.
Experience in financial services would be an advantage, but not essential.
