About the roleThe Client Services Officer will provide high quality customer service functions across North Metropolitan TAFE’s campuses from enquiry to student enrolments, including administrative support in accordance with North Metropolitan TAFE policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing high quality customer service in the delivery of a responsive and effective admissions and enrolment service to prospective and current students
- Conducting front line enquiry and enrolment processes for prospective and current students across North Metropolitan TAFE’s campuses, for the full suite of training products
- Ensuring customers are provided accurate, consistent and timely advice
- Escalating complex issues for resolution as appropriate
- Processing payment options including the receipt of monies, collection of student fees
