About the role
We are looking for a passionate Client Services Receptionist to join our Client Services team based in the Easten region.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Respond to all enquiries as first point of contact (walk in)
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner ensuring a high-quality customer service is maintained
- Process and administer enquiries
- Memorialisation and Merchandise Sales (walk-in)
- All administrative and clerical duties associated with customer requests, processing payments or other activities via appropriate channels
- Maintaining a professional work environment while providing a helpful and courteous service
To be successful in this position you will require:
- Qualification within the Business/Administration field or relevant experience in a similar or comparable retail sales role
- Experience in a similar customer focussed role with a professional and helpful approach
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate and constant outcomes in a busy environment
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and staff, including people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
