Based in a lovely part of Frankston, this is an exciting opportunity to join this boutique agency as Sales Administrator / Reception.
Specializing in Residential Project Marketing and Sales, this office provides a very successful corporate team and a lovely office environment.
As the Reception component of the role is minimal, the majority of your time will be as Sales Administrator where your responsibilities would include:
- Managing the front desk, greeting clients and monitoring telephone
- Delivering concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers and enquirers
- Assisting the Office Manager with diary management and appointments
- Monitoring and notifying clients, agents and accounts of important events and deadlines
- Coordinate meetings and boardroom bookings as well as writing minutes
- Preparing real estate files, forms and documents
- Property Development research
- Assisting in Marketing Campaigns, social media and website maintenance
- Sales Administration including uploading new properties to website
- Maintaining key register
- Assisting Office Manager in managing a client and appraisal database
This is a rare opportunity for those from a real estate background to utilise their experience to date with a friendly, successful project marketing and sales company.
This role is offered Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm with a car park provided and will form a focal point of the business. A very generous salary will be offered and this role will form part of a lovely, professional team.
Experience in real estate is essential to be considered for this role along with a great attitude, professional presentation and a current Agents Representative Certificate or currently undertaking this qualification.
